Cancellation and reservation conditions

The €10 per person deposit confirms the reservation, is deducted from the final bill and is non-refundable. Regular reservations cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows incur €15 per person in total, less the deposit already paid.

For groups of six or more and all arrangements, cancellation 14 days or more in advance only forfeits the deposit; 7–14 days incurs 50% of the arrangement price; less than 7 days or a no-show incurs 100%, each less the deposit already paid. Guest reductions are partial cancellations. Increases depend on availability.

Allergies and dietary requests must be provided in advance. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. Outside decorations, food and drinks are not allowed.

Styling is a separate, fully prepaid service. More than 14 days in advance, 50% is refunded. Within 14 days or for a no-show, no refund is due. Custom or already purchased materials are non-refundable at any time.

Orders and payments

Online orders are for pickup only. An order or booking is only final after Mollie confirms successful payment. If a technical price discrepancy occurs, the server-validated price shown before payment applies.

Cancellation payment

No automatic debit takes place. If staff review determines that an additional cancellation amount is due, MÌO sends a separate Mollie payment link.
